About LM Structures

Company Overview

LM Structures provides long-term temporary buildings for commercial and public sector use, combining decades of experience with a modern, service-driven approach.

Founded by Iain Booth, a specialist in temporary structures with over 30 years’ industry experience, the company was created in response to a growing demand for flexible, semi-permanent and modular building solutions across multiple sectors. LM Structures is the commercial division of Lifestyle Marquees – together forming a family-run group with expertise that spans both event and commercial environments.

The team has delivered structures for a wide range of applications, including warehousing and storage, retail and hospitality extensions, pop-up cafés and restaurants, corporate conferences, weddings and private events. Every project benefits from the same commitment to quality, safety and service – with a reputation for finding practical, creative solutions for even the most complex sites.

Working primarily across Surrey, London and the Southeast, including Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, East and West Sussex, Essex, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Kent and Middlesex, LM Structures also undertakes projects UK-wide by agreement.
