Does a construction demo suite have to sit inside the main site boundary?

Not necessarily. A position immediately outside or beside the principal working area may sometimes simplify visitor access while keeping the suite sufficiently close to the project. The appropriate position depends on the site boundary, stakeholder activity, access arrangements and relationship the suite needs to have with the works.
